I’VE SEEN A LAMPSHADE ON YOUR MAIN WEBSITE THAT I’D LIKE TO PURCHASE WITH MY SALE TABLE LAMP, HOW DO I DO THIS?
Click on ‘CONTACT US’ at the top of the page and from here our Sales Team will be in touch. All lampshade orders placed by 6th March 2024 to pair with a Sale purchase, qualify for a 10% discount.

CAN I ORDER A LAMP FROM PORTA ROMANA TO MATCH MY SALE PURCHASE?
As our pieces are individually hand-crafted, we are unable to guarantee that any new products will pair, however, we will do our very best to help.

CAN I SPECIFY THE WIRING?

All Sale lighting is wired specifically for the UK (220-240V), with Type G 3-pin plugs. We are therefore unable to wire with a different plug/voltage. Please note, all lamps are wired with an appropriate coloured flex.

WILL THE PRODUCTS MATCH IF I ORDER TWO UNITS OR MORE?
As all our pieces are handmade, and Sale products may be from different batches, we cannot guarantee matching pairs.

CAN I SEE A FABRIC SAMPLE?
We do not offer samples for Sale product as these are one-off pieces.

WHAT SHADE OPTIONS CAN I HAVE?
We have a range of lampshades to suit your table lamp and many of our pieces have been paired and photographed with a lampshade at an all-inclusive price. Some products require specific lampshades which can be purchased at 10% discount, click ‘CONTACT US’ and one our team will be in touch.

CAN I SEE THE QUANTITY AVAILABLE OF EACH PRODUCT?
Stock levels are ever fluctuating – once an item is sold, the option will be removed from the site. Please keep checking back on the site as stock will be frequently replenished. It is important to note until payment is processed, the products are not secured in your basket.

WHY ARE THESE LAMPS IN THE SALE?
Most pieces are perfect but may have been edited from our current collection. Some may have small air bubbles in glass, slight imperfections in the colour/shape or slight scratches in plating or Perspex.

ARE THESE WALL LIGHTS SUITABLE FOR BATHROOM USE?
It will be clearly marked if a wall light is suitable for a bathroom.

WHAT IS THE SHADE SPECIFICATION?
Most table lamps are wired with a E27 lamp holder and require an ES gimble. For wall lights, the recommended shade will be annotated and may be purchased at 10% discount prior to the end of the sale. Please click CONTACT US to chat to the team.

ARE BULBS INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Bulbs are included with your order, should you wish to purchase more please contact Sale@portaromana.com.

CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN ITEMS?
We will accept returns for a full refund, however, collection charges will apply. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

MY TRADE DISCOUNT CODE ISN’T WORKING, WHAT DO I DO?
At the checkout ensure you are using the discount code provided by Porta Romana with no spaces. Please note, you can only use one discount code at any time and must use the email address attached to your Porta Romana Trade Account. If you’re experiencing issues, please contact Sale@portaromana.com.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
We aim to ship Sale orders within 21 working days.

CAN MY ORDER SHIP OVERSEAS?
Sale orders can only be shipped to a UK address.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Delivery will be either by our Porta Romana Team, or with an overnight carrier such as DPD. For all orders shipped via DPD, tracking information will be provided to the email address used at checkout. Please note that for all orders delivered directly by our team (London and Home Counties) and all orders for furniture and mirrors, our Logistics team will be in touch directly.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED FROM?
All orders are despatched from our Head Office in Farnham, Surrey, and not via our London showroom.

CAN I COLLECT MY PURCHASES?
You will be charged for delivery on the website, however, you may collect your goods from our Head Office in Farnham, Surrey. Please email us directly Sale@portaromana.com and one of the team will be in touch to make arrangements.  A refund for the delivery costs charged will then be made to your account.

CAN I COLLECT FROM YOUR SHOWROOM AT CHELSEA HARBOUR?
We do not offer a collection service from our London showroom.
