WHY ARE THESE LAMPS IN THE SALE?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, some irregularities may occur such as small air bubbles in glass, slight imperfections in the colour/shape or minor scratches. Some products are perfect but may have been edited from our current collection or have been used on a photoshoot.

CAN I SEE THE QUANTITY AVAILABLE OF EACH PRODUCT?
Stock levels are ever fluctuating, once an item is sold, it will be removed from the site. It is important to note, until payment is processed, the products are not secured in your basket.

CAN I ORDER A LAMP FROM PORTA ROMANA TO MATCH MY SALE PURCHASE?
Our products are individually hand-crafted, so we are therefore unable to guarantee that any new purchase will pair, however, we will do our very best to help.

I’VE SEEN A LAMPSHADE ON YOUR MAIN WEBSITE THAT I’D LIKE TO PURCHASE WITH MY SALE TABLE LAMP, HOW DO I DO THIS?
Click on ‘CONTACT US’ at the top of the page and from here our Sales Team will be in touch. All lampshade orders placed by 28th February 2025, to pair with a Sale purchase, qualify for 10% discount.

CAN I SPECIFY THE WIRING?
All Sale lighting is wired specifically for the UK (220-240V), with Type G 3-pin plugs. 

WILL THE PRODUCTS MATCH IF I ORDER TWO UNITS OR MORE?
Our products are all handcrafted so we are unable to guarantee matching pairs.

WHAT SHADE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We have a range of lampshades to suit your table lamp and many of our sale items have been paired and photographed with a lampshade at an all-inclusive price.

ARE BULBS INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Bulbs are included with all orders, should you wish to purchase additional bulbs, please contact sale@portaromana.com.

CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN ITEMS?
We will accept returns for a full refund, however, collection charges will apply. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
We aim to ship Sale orders within 21 days.

CAN MY ORDER SHIP OVERSEAS?
Sale orders can only be shipped to a UK address.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Delivery will be either by our Porta Romana Team, or with an overnight carrier such as DHL. For all orders shipped via DHL, tracking information will be provided to the email address used at checkout. Please note that for all orders delivered directly by our team (London and Home Counties) and all orders for furniture and mirrors, our Logistics team will be in touch directly.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED FROM?
All orders will be despatched from our Head Office in Farnham, Surrey.

AM I ABLE TO COLLECT MY PURCHASE?
Please email us directly Sale@portaromana.com and one of the team will be in touch to make arrangements for you to collect from our Head Office in Farnham, Surrey.

AM I ABLE TO COLLECT FROM YOUR SHOWROOM AT CHELSEA HARBOUR?
We do not offer a collection service from our London showroom.
